
Head of the Ala-Buka district state administration, first deputy governor
Toktogulov Zhanarbek Ubaydullaevich was born on June 1, 1972 in the city of Kerben, Aksy district, Jalal-Abad region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 1979, he went to the 1st grade of the secondary school named after Ilyich in Kerben, and since 1985, when his family moved to his hometown, he continued his studies at the Kyzyl-Ata secondary school in the village of Kyzyl-Ata, Ala-Bukinsky district, Jalal district. -Abad district, successfully graduated in 1989.
In the same year, he entered the faculty of Russian language and literature at the National School of the Pedagogical Institute of Russian Language and Literature in Frunze.
In 1994, he graduated from the Bishkek Humanitarian University (formerly FOTAPI) and received the specialty “Teacher of Russian language and literature of the national school.”
He began his career in 1993 as a teacher of the Kyrgyz language and literature at the Russian-language secondary school No. 56 in Bishkek.
In 2006-2007, he worked as a dispatcher and then as a manager for receiving proposals and organizing their implementation at OJSC Hotel Dostuk in Bishkek.
In 2007-2009 she studied at the Faculty of Ecology and Management of the Bishkek Humanitarian University and received a master’s degree in Ecology and Environmental Management.
In 2007-2012 he worked as deputy head of the Ala-Buka district education department.
In 2013-2018, head of the passport, visa and registration department of the Ala-Buka district;
In 2018-2019, head of the department of passportization and registration of the population of the Batken district of the Batken region;
From March 19 to July 31, 2019, he worked as a leading specialist in the Ala-Buka district department of the KPK.
In 2019-2021, head of the Ala-Buka district department of labor and social development;
In 2021-2023, he worked as the head of the Ala-Buka district department of labor, social protection and migration.
Since December 12, 2023, he has been acting as the first deputy head of the Ala-Buka district state administration.
