Yunusalieva Asel Aitkulovna was born on February 28, 1979 in the village of Belovodskoye, Moscow district, Chui region. Higher education.

In 1986, she entered the Sary-Talaain secondary school No. 3 in the village of Sary-Talaa, Ala-Buka district, Jalal-Abad region, and in 1996 she successfully graduated from the gymnasium class of school No. 2 named after N. Orozaliev.
She began her career in 1996 as an accountant at the Araket state farm.
In 1999 she entered the Faculty of History of OshKUU. In 2002, she was transferred to the correspondence department and began working as a history teacher at secondary school No. 3 named after A.
